For our industrial clients, we perform core & shell, lighting, and production equipment wiring for manufacturing, distribution, and warehouses.

Jason Nieves

President

Jason founded JR Electrical in 2010 and has led the company in the completion of hundreds of projects. Jason continues to oversee operations and provides his extensive electrical expertise to the Project Management and Estimation teams.

Alexandria Allen

Director of Finance

Alexandria oversees the finances at JR Electrical and drives the company’s financial strategy and planning. She performs and/or reviews all accounting tasks including payroll, taxes, and company compliance.  Additionally, Alexandria assesses the financial markets to identify issues and solutions.

Andrea Rodas

Assistant Project Manager

Andrea gathers and organizes all pertinent information required for new projects.  She supports the PMs with the coordination and management of their projects.  Additionally, Andrea communicates with the job site foreman and our Field Supervisor, Raul, to ensure all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on schedule.

Raul Lopez

Field Supervisor

Raul is responsible for leading and managing all of our installation crews. He is accountable for the on-site supervision of all projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule,  and maintain JR’s quality standards.  Raul also works with Andrea to ensure materials and equipment are being properly ordered and delivered on schedule.

Steve Kliem

Estimator

Steve excels in estimating for electrical projects that vary in scope and size. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver results, he has experience across industries and collaborates closely with clients throughout the planning phase.
